Studio policies
A few simple guidelines that keep the studio calm and fair for every guest.
Deposits
Every booking is reserved with a small deposit, paid securely online. The deposit goes toward your service — the remaining balance is due at your visit.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Plans change — that's okay. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price.
No-shows
Because the studio runs on one guest at a time, a missed appointment can't be filled. No-shows are charged 100% of the service price to the card on file.
Arriving
Please arrive a few minutes early so your service can begin calmly and run its full length. Late arrivals may need a shortened service so the next guest isn't delayed.
Your intake form
First-time guests receive a short intake form by email after booking. Completing it before your visit keeps your appointment time focused on you.
